We want you to be completely satisfied with your Seiko timepiece. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your unworn watch in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the watch in its original Seiko presentation box, including all manuals, warranty cards, and protective films to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the timepiece for original condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
