Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout if you need your watch sooner.
What is your return policy for watches?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Watches must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all tags, plastics, and box packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.
Do Seiko watches come with a warranty?
Yes, all new Seiko watches come with a limited manufacturer's warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship for a period of three years from the date of purchase.
Can I have the watch bracelet resized before shipping?
To ensure the perfect fit and maintain the eligibility for returns, we recommend having your bracelet sized by a local jeweler. We do not pre-size watches before shipment.
